Payment for Ecosystem Services M&E Specialist – SA provided team leadership and guidance to GEF Project Preparation Grant consultants and key partners on PES and biocarbon financing, global, national and local benefits, logical framework analysis and incremental costs assessment, as well as providing technical input for the formulation of overall project strategy,
M& E framework for the “Integrated Community-based Forest and Catchment Management Project” (four pilot PES scheme in the four regions of Thailand) under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE).

on 21-29 September 2009, which included: Preparation of training materials, delivering lectures, development of UNDP Mongolia office’s Strategic Environment Assessment training manual for the country.
